A small delay for most Bluetooth devices is normal due to the limitations of Bluetooth technology and usually, it won’t be noticeable. The delay could also be related to your Bluetooth device, audio source, app, or network.
Follow these steps to help you address the audio delay between A20i and your Bluetooth device.
1. "Forget" the earbuds in your device's Bluetooth history. Reboot your Bluetooth device such as your phone or computer.
2. Make sure your earbuds have enough battery and the ear tips are not blocking the charging pins on the earbuds. Fully charge your earbuds and reset your earbuds as below:
- Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the cover open.
- Tap and hold the touchpad on the left and right earbuds at the same time for 8 seconds until the LED indicators on the earbuds quickly flash 3 times, indicating that the reset was successful.
3. Test your earbuds with a different Bluetooth device, app, and downloaded content to see if the problem still persists.
4. Make sure your Bluetooth device and earbuds are within Bluetooth range, and there is no signal interference between them.
