If A20i fails to pair with your devices and has issues such as failing to reconnect with your device, or your phone cannot detect A20i on the Bluetooth list, then these tips should help you resolve these issues.
1. Remove the protective covering on the charging pins of the earbuds.
If you have already done this, go to the next step.
2. For your Bluetooth device (phone/tablet/etc.)
Turn on the Bluetooth device (such as a phone, computer, etc.), forget all the pairing records on your device, and turn off Bluetooth.
3. Reset the earbuds but make sure your earbuds have enough battery
- Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the cover open.
- Tap and hold the touchpad on the left and right earbuds at the same time for 8 seconds until the LED indicators on the earbuds quickly flash 3 times, indicating that the reset was successful.
4. Pair the headphones with your device
Turn on Bluetooth on your Bluetooth device and search for soundcore A20i and pair.
5. Test A20i with a different Bluetooth device
Try connecting the earbuds to another device to see if the issue still persists.
If there is a pop-up window for you to confirm pairing for "soundcore A20i", please select "pair". If you select "cancel" accidentally, you need to turn Bluetooth off and turn on and re-pair the earbuds.
