Have you noticed something off about your V20i headphones? Perhaps one side isn't producing sound, or the volume seems unusually low when you're listening to music outdoors. In this article, we'll walk you through some simple solutions to get your V20i earbuds back to their best.
1. What should I do if the volume of the earbuds is low when listening to music outdoors?
Open-ear earbuds allow us to better perceive our surroundings but do not offer noise cancellation, making them susceptible to ambient noise. When there's excessive ambient noise, the listening experience with these earbuds will be affected.
With that said, you could use them in a different environment, away from loud noises, for a better experience.
2. What should I do if one side of the headphones is not producing sound?
① Use a Q-tip with a bit of rubbing alcohol or a small, clean brush to gently clean the metal mesh filter.
② Put both earbuds into the charging case at the same time, close the cover, and then open and take them out to reconnect.
③ If it still doesn't work, please delete the pairing history from your Bluetooth device and then reset them per the following tips:
1. Take the earbuds out of the charging case.
2. Tap and hold the touch-control area on both earbuds for 10 seconds. After 3 seconds, their lights will flash
rapidly and you'll hear a pairing notification sound. Continue holding for about 6 more seconds
until another sound confirms the successful reset.
④ Try them with another device to see if the problem persists.
3. What should I do if there is no sound on one side after connecting headphones to the Macbook?
Check Volume Balance in More Settings to ensure it is not set to left or right. If it is, adjust the balance by dragging the Balance slider to the midpoint.
