Bluetooth audio stuttering is a fairly common problem, but it doesn't necessarily mean there is an issue with the earbuds but may have something to do with the connected device and environment. This article will show you simple tips so you can listen to your favourite tunes in peace.
Before solving the issue, you need to know common causes of Bluetooth audio stuttering.
- Your earbuds are battery low.
- The earbuds are too far from the Bluetooth signal.
- You have a signal mismatch.
- Your body or other obstructions are interfering with the signal.
- The bandwidth is cluttered and you have one or several Bluetooth devices on.
- Your headphones need to be reset.
- The headphones haven’t been updated to the latest version.
Bluetooth signals may be influenced by obstructions, such as walls, pillars, home appliances, Wi-Fi, and more. To ensure a stable connection, we recommend avoiding such obstructions. Here’s what you need to do to fix each of the above issues.
1. Make sure your soundcore A40 earbuds have enough battery and the ear tips are not blocking the charging pins on the earbuds.
2. Reset the soundcore A40 earbuds.
- Place the earbuds into the charging case and keep the case open.
- Hold the button on the back of the charging case for 10 seconds until 3 LED indicators on the charging case flash white 3 times and then flash white in sequence continuously. This confirms that the reset has been successful.
3. Check the soundcore A40 earbuds by listening to downloaded music or videos.
4. Check the soundcore A40 earbuds with another Bluetooth device in a different environment to see if it works well.
