- To connect the earbuds with two Bluetooth devices at the same time, open the soundcore app, go to Settings and select Dual Connections > Enable Dual Connections > Connect New Device.

- Make sure that you are not using LDAC mode and multipoint connection at the same time.

Note: 

• The Dual Connections feature is turned off by default.
• The earbuds will automatically exit the multipoint connection once LDAC is enabled.
