Do not leave them unused for long periods. We recommend using them at least once a month. Letting the battery drain completely causes over-discharging, which severely impacts battery life.

Avoid letting the battery drop below 20% or power off completely before charging, as this also degrades battery health.

Do not store the charging case when its battery is low (orange light) or empty. It should be stored with a healthy charge (green light).

Clean the charging pins, speaker meshes, and ear tips regularly after use. We recommend cleaning the pins 1 - 2 times a month with a cotton swab or cloth dipped in rubbing alcohol.

Store them in a dry place. If liquid enters the device, use a hair dryer on the cold air setting to dry them.
