Dual Connections lets you stay connected to two devices simultaneously—handy for switching between your phone and laptop. Here's how to set it up.

While already connected to one device:

Method 1: Press and hold the touch controls on both earbuds simultaneously for 3 seconds until you hear the pairing prompt.

Method 2: Press and hold the button on the charging case for 3 seconds until the white LED starts flashing to enter pairing mode.

Method 3: In the soundcore app, go to Settings (top-right corner) > Dual Connections > Connect New Device.
