Why won't the earbuds turn on when taken out of the charging case for Spirit X2?
Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
A) Please charge the earbuds and charging case before using for the first time. B) Confirm if the charging case has power (the light will turn red when battery is low). C) Ensure all charging contacts are clean and clear from foreign materials.
