After automatically shutting down due to low battery, why can't Rave 3 be turned on immediately when connected to a charger?

Please know that based on the relevant requirements of the EU IEC62680 safety certification, Rave 3 has a charging protection mechanism in low battery conditions. When the adapter is plugged in, Rave 3 will start charging 24 seconds later. After charging for 2 minutes, it can be turned on normally.
