Whether a PIN or Password is Needed When Pairing My Soundcore Motion+ with a Device?

A PIN or password is NOT needed when pairing a Soundcore speaker with a device. Hence, if you encounter an issue during the pairing process, please try these steps:

 
  • Confirm that Soundcore Motion+ is fully charged and not connected to other devices
  • Forget all Bluetooth pairing records on your device
  • Reboot your Soundcore Motion+ and your device
  • Disable and then enable Bluetooth on your device
  • Reset Soundcore Motion+ by holding the Bluetooth and Vol+ buttons at the same time for 5-10 seconds until Motion+ restarts
  • Connect Soundcore Motion+ to a different device
  • Update the Bluetooth driver on your device to the latest version if you're using a computer or laptop
