A PIN or password is NOT needed when pairing a Soundcore speaker with a device. Hence, if you encounter an issue during the pairing process, please try these steps:
Confirm that Soundcore Motion Boom is fully charged and not connected to other devices
Forget all Bluetooth pairing records on your device
Reboot your Soundcore Motion Boom and your device
Disable and then enable Bluetooth on your device
Reset Soundcore Motion Boom by holding the Bluetooth and Vol+ buttons at the same time for around 5-10 seconds
Connect Soundcore Motion Boom to a different device
Update the Bluetooth driver on your device to the latest version if you're using a computer or laptop
