A PIN or password is NOT needed when pairing a Soundcore speaker with a device. Hence, if you encounter an issue during the pairing process, please try these steps:
Confirm that Soundcore Boost is fully charged and not connected to other devices
Forget all Bluetooth pairing records on your device
Reboot your Soundcore Boost and your device
Disable and then enable Bluetooth on your device
Reset Soundcore Boost by holdingthe Power button for 4 seconds
Connect Soundcore Boost to a different device
Update the Bluetooth driver on your device to the latest version if you're using a computer or laptop
