What should I do when Anker soundcore Sleep Earbuds 4(D1303) volume is too low or cannot be adjusted?

Symptom: The earbuds cannot adjust the volume or the volume is too low.

Troubleshooting Steps:

1. In Local Mode, the white noise volume cannot be adjusted directly from your phone. It can only be adjusted through the soundcore app or by tapping the earbuds. In Dual-Earbud Mode, the default controls are:

  • Triple-tap the left earbud to decrease the volume.

  • Triple-tap the right earbud to increase the volume.

You can also customise these controls in the app.

2. If you are using an Android device and experience volume issues in Bluetooth Mode, go to your phone's settings and enable Volume Sync or Absolute Volume, if available.

3. On Samsung phones and some other Android phones, you may need to enable Developer Options first. Go to Settings > About Phone, then tap Build Number several times. The number of taps varies by phone model, but is usually 7. Once Developer Options is enabled, go to Settings and look for a volume-sync-related setting.

4. Alternatively, after enabling Developer Options, go to Settings > Bluetooth, find the connected earbuds, tap the settings icon, and look for a similar Volume Sync option.

5. Use a dry cloth or a cotton swab with a small amount of alcohol to gently clean the charging pins inside the case and on the earbuds.

Notes: Settings paths may vary slightly depending on the phone brand and system version. If you cannot find the corresponding option, search for the specific settings path for your phone model.
