Charging Time and Methods

• Earbuds: approximately 90 minutes to fully charge using a 5V / 1A charger.

• Charging case: approximately 120 minutes to fully charge. We recommend using a 5V / 1A charger.

• Charging methods: the earbuds support USB-C wired charging and wireless charging.

• Fast charging: the earbuds do not support fast charging.

Charging Case Battery and Indicators

• When fully charged, the charging case can recharge the earbuds approximately 3 times.

• When the case battery is below 5%, it may no longer be able to charge the earbuds. Charge the case first, then try charging the earbuds again.

• While the charging case is charging, press the button on the case once to stop the indicator from flashing and turn it off. Press the button again to turn the indicator back on.

What to Do if the Earbuds Drain the Battery Quickly

If you feel the earbuds are draining the battery quickly, consider the following:

1. Make sure the earbuds are fully charged.

2. In Local Mode, if you turn off Bluetooth on your phone, the earbuds will continue searching for a Bluetooth connection for a period of time, which can drain the battery faster.

3. Over time and after more charging cycles, the battery gradually loses some of its capacity, which can reduce battery life. This is normal.

In addition, the earbuds automatically enter Local Mode after detecting that you have fallen asleep, which helps reduce power consumption. If you enable the alarm, it uses approximately 5% more battery and shortens playback time.

Understanding Battery Level Differences Between Earbuds

One earbud is designated as the primary earbud, and the other as the secondary earbud. The primary earbud normally consumes slightly more power than the secondary earbud, so a battery-level difference of up to 20% is normal.

The actual difference may also be affected by factors such as volume, audio content, environmental interference, and whether other in-app features are enabled. Battery levels may therefore vary depending on the usage scenario and should be considered for reference only.
