What should I do if the firmware of Life A2 NC or Life Dot 2 NC cannot be upgraded?
Try the following troubleshooting steps to see if they are helpful: - Keep the earbuds in the charging case and ensure that the lid is open. - Make sure the earbuds have enough power (over 20%). - Do not use the earbuds during the whole process. - Try again if it fails. - Try it on another device if possible. - Do not upgrade the software when there are other sources of interference around (e.g. dense wifi networks, cell phone towers, etc.) and try upgrading again.
