You can try the general troubleshooting steps:
1) Upgrade the Bluetooth driver of your device to the latest version (Bluetooth drivers must come from the specific manufacturer of your laptop model. Download and install the appropriate Bluetooth driver from the laptop vendor's website).
2) "Forget" the headphones in your device's Bluetooth history.
3) Reset the headphones.
4) Try using them in wired mode to see if there are any differences.
5) Ensure no physical objects are hindering the Bluetooth connection from the headphones to the connected device (such as a doorway or wall as it can cause interference).
