What should I do if my over-ear headphones cannot charge?
You can try the general troubleshooting steps when you encounter charging issues and let us know if it works:
-Try using a different wall charger and cable to charge the headphones for at least 24 hours. It does not matter if the indicator is on or off. (We recommend using a 5V charger)
- Make sure the wall charger and cable that you're using is working fine on other devices.
