If your Anker soundcore Space 2 Pro do not charge or charging takes longer than expected, the issue may be related to the charger, charging cable, charging port, battery status, or operating temperature.
Please refer to the following information for common charging situations and troubleshooting steps.
-
If the headphones will not charge, try the following steps in order:
1. Try another compatible charger and charging cable that you know work.
2. Check the charging port for dust or debris. Gently clean it with a dry, soft-bristle brush or a dry cotton swab.
3. With the headphones powered off, connect them to power and try turning them on again.
4. If the battery is fully drained, leave the headphones connected to power for about 15 minutes before trying to turn them on. Avoid repeatedly connecting and disconnecting the charger.
5. Charge the headphones within the supported operating temperature range of 32°F to 113°F (0°C to 45°C).

If charging takes too long, try the following steps in order:
1. Use the included cable with a compatible 5V / 1.5A charger. A damaged or low-quality charger or cable may reduce charging performance.
2. Charging may take longer in low-temperature environments. For faster charging, charge the headphones within the recommended temperature range whenever possible.
3. Charging from a computer USB port may be slower than charging from a wall charger.
