How do I connect the headphones via Bluetooth?
First-Time Use: The headphones automatically enter pairing mode, so no additional steps are required.
Daily Use: When you turn on the headphones, they automatically reconnect to the last connected device.
If the headphones do not reconnect within 10 seconds after powering on, they automatically enter pairing mode and remain in pairing mode for 2 minutes. If pairing times out, press the power button twice to enter pairing mode again.
Light Indicator: A rapidly flashing blue light means the headphones are in pairing mode. Once connected, the blue light turns off after 3 seconds.
How do I connect the headphones using the AUX cable?
To use the headphones in wired mode (AUX mode), plug the 3.5 mm audio cable into the headphones.
If the Headphones Are Powered Off: Plug in the audio cable to use wired mode directly. For a better listening experience, press and hold the power button for about 2 seconds to turn the headphones on. You will hear a prompt tone, and the headphones will use the default EQ.
If the Headphones Are Powered On: Plugging in the audio cable automatically turns the headphones off first. To use features such as noise cancellation with a wired connection, press and hold the power button again to turn them on.
Notes:
1. In wired mode, the multifunction button and volume buttons do not work, and calls are not supported.
2. After turning the headphones on in wired mode, press the Noise Cancellation (NC) button to switch between Noise Cancellation and Transparency Modes.
3. Unplugging the audio cable automatically turns the headphones off. To continue using them wirelessly, turn them on again manually.
4. The included audio cable supports audio only and does not support calls. When using it with a computer, connect the 4-pole connector to the computer and the 3-pole connector to the headphones.
5. When using a wired connection while the headphones are on, you may hear a slight electrical hum. This is related to the grounding of the connected device and is normal.
How do I connect the headphones if my device does not support Bluetooth?
If your device, such as certain desktop computers or TVs, does not have built-in Bluetooth, you can connect the headphones in one of two ways:
Use a Wired Connection (AUX): Connect the headphones directly to the device using a 3.5 mm audio cable.
Use a Third-Party Bluetooth Dongle or Transmitter: soundcore does not currently offer an official Bluetooth dongle for this product. You can use a compatible third-party Bluetooth dongle or transmitter to add Bluetooth capability to your device, then connect the headphones wirelessly.
Note: Compatibility with third-party Bluetooth dongles or transmitters depends on the device and the supported audio protocols. Check that the dongle or transmitter supports the required audio protocol before purchasing.
How do I use Google Fast Pair?
After turning on the headphones or pressing the power button twice to enter pairing mode, hold them close to an Android phone running Google Play services and Android 6.0 or later. A pairing notification will appear on your phone. Tap it to connect.
