What should I do if any of the following problems occur on my Spirit X2?
Both earbuds are turned on, but:
1. The left/right earbud does not work.
2. Cannot be connected.
3. No music after connecting.
Please try the following troubleshooting steps to see if there are helpful:
1. Place both earbuds back in the charging case and close the cover, then them take out and try again.
2. If this doesn't work, then reset the earbuds by referring to the manual and repair.
