Usually, you can put the earbuds into the charging case for 5 seconds, and take them out to try pairing again.
If that doesn't work, please try the following:
- Forget the Bluetooth pairing record on your device if you have previously connected Life Dot 2 with it
- Reset the headphones using the following steps:
- Place the earbuds in the charging case, make sure they are charging, and wait for at least 10 seconds.
- Keep the charging case open and press the button on both earbuds for 8 seconds. The LED indicators will flash red 3 times and then turn steady white.
- Take both earbuds out of the case and they will pair together automatically. The LED indicator will flash quickly on the right earbud and will flash slowly on the left earbud.
- Turn off Bluetooth on your device and then turn it on again to pair it with Life Dot 2.
Note: If a pop-up window appears asking you to confirm pairing, select "Pair". If you select "Cancel" accidentally, you need to delete the earbuds from the device's Bluetooth history and re-pair the earbuds.
