What if the Volume of My Soundcore Motion+ is Too Low?
There are several reasons why a speaker has volume issues. It could be because of the speaker's battery, the device connected with the speaker, the audio source, and so on.
If your Soundcore Motion+'s volume is too low, please try these steps:
Confirm that Soundcore Motion+ is fully charged
Reset Soundcore Motion+ by holding the Bluetooth and Vol+ buttons at the same time for 5-10 seconds until Motion+ restarts
Connect Soundcore Motion+ with another device
Try a different app or audio source
Make sure to turn up the volume of both Soundcore Motion+ and the paired device
