Our speaker's volume normally does not fluctuate automatically. If you encounter this issue please try the following steps:

• Confirm that the Soundcore Motion+ is fully charged

• Reset the Soundcore Motion+ by holding the Bluetooth and Vol+ buttons at the same time for 5-10 seconds until Motion+ restarts

• Try the Soundcore Motion+ with a different device

• Try a different app or audio source
