Our speaker's volume normally does not fluctuate automatically. If you encounter this issue please try the following steps:

• Confirm that the Soundcore Motion Boom is fully charged

• Reset the Soundcore Motion Boom by holding the Bluetooth and Vol+ buttons at the same time for 5-10 seconds
• Try the Soundcore Motion Boom with a different device

• Try a different app or audio source
