What if Liberty 2 can't disconnect to my device in the charging case?
- Liberty 2 only disconnects from your device when the charging case is fully closed. When the lid is opened, they will appear on your device's Bluetooth menu.
- The button on the earbuds won't work when the earbuds are being charged in the case.
- If they are still connected to your device after the charging lid is closed, make sure the earbuds are in the correct position and the contact pins are cleaned.
