Our Bluetooth speakers can normally pair with Alexa devices like Amazon Echo Dot. However, Bluetooth cache may be the reason for the pairing failure between these devices.
If your Soundcore Motion+ cannot pair properly, please try these steps:
- Reset Soundcore Motion+ by holding the Bluetooth and Vol+ buttons at the same time for 5-10 seconds until Motion+ restarts
- Reset the Alexa device
- Restart the audio player device
- Turn off and then turn on the audio player device's Bluetooth
- Clear all pairing records on the audio player device
- Restart Soundcore Motion+ and then re-pair it with your audio player device
- Uninstall and then install the Alexa app again
