If there is no sound when your Flare Mini is connected to a computer via Bluetooth, try the following steps:
1. Close media applications on your PC (such as Windows Media Player)
2. Change the default output device on your PC to "Flare Mini"
For Windows-- Steps: Settings -> System -> Sound -> Output
For Mac--Steps: System Preferences -> Sound -> Output
If the issue persists, try updating the Bluetooth driver of your PC to its latest version, and resetting your Flare Mini by holding the Bluetooth and Volume+ buttons at the same time for 4 seconds.
