Soundcore Wakey can work as a charger to charge other devices. It supports wired charging as it has two USB charging ports on its back. It also supports wireless charging. 

Listed below are some tips on how to fully charge a device by using the wireless charging function on Wakey.

1. Keep your Soundcore Wakey plugged in.

2. Make sure your device supports wireless charging. If your device doesn't have a wireless charging function, you cannot use Wakey to charge your device wirelessly. 

3. If you cannot charge your device properly, please check if your device has a phone case or metal attachment. If yes, please remove it to see if it helps. Additionally, please also check if the device is aligned and placed on the top center of Wakey.

Note: Power outage will interrupt wireless charging and other functions on Wakey as it needs to be plugged in all the time.
