My earphones are often disconnected and it sounds choppy, what should I do?
Please try the following troubleshooting steps as these have proven to help: 1. Try reducing the distance between your right earbud and your audio device, like having your device in your right pocket or right side. Your right Soundcore earbud is the master (main) earbud. It connects to your audio device and the left earbud. 2. Forget the pairing record on your device and reset the earbuds via the steps below: - Place the earbuds in the charging case and make sure they are charging with a solid light on the earbuds. - Keep earbuds inside the charging case and hold the button on both earbuds for 3 seconds. The LED indicators will flash red 3 times and then turn white. 3. Turn on the Bluetooth on your device and find your Soundcore earphones to pair them.
