My earbuds do not fit in my ears and they always fall out of my ears, what should I do?
Please be advised that we have an array of earbud sizes so you can be sure to find a size that fits. Feel free to let us know if you need smaller or bigger-sized ear tips. You may also refer to the following steps to find the most secure possible earbud fit: 1. Look at the L/R logo on the back of the earbuds to ensure that the right and left ears are properly worn. 2. Choose the ear tips that fit your ear canal best and replace them. 3. Twist the earbuds and find the most comfortable position.
