Mic related issue for Spirit X2
1. How can I switch mics during a call?
To switch from binaural to mono (without the charging case), press the earbuds for 1s to switch the mic to the earbud.
2. Why is the call interrupted when switching between primary and secondary earbuds?
The primary-secondary earbuds switchover takes 3 to 5s (depending on the phone) when in a call. There may be a call interruption when this occurs but will resume after the switch is successful.
3. Why is the phone call quality poor? When making calls, why can the other person hear the noise?
If the ambient noise is loud or the signal is not good, it may cause poor call quality.
4. Why does the sound come from my phone but not from Spirit X2 during a phone call?
Please pick up phone calls with headphones on your phone.
