A reset can reboot your speaker or it can clear all the current settings and revert it back to its original out-of-box state. If you encounter issues such as being unable to connect to Bluetooth, noise, audio delay, or no sound, please reset your device.

To reset your Flare 2 speaker:

Power it on, holding the Bluetooth and volume+ buttons for 5s-8s, after resetting, the speaker will turn off, and then turn on by itself.
