How to Pair the Earbuds

• In your phone's Bluetooth settings, find and select Anker soundcore Sleep Earbuds 4 to pair the earbuds.

• Open the soundcore app, tap Add Device, and select Anker soundcore Sleep Earbuds 4 to connect.

What to Do if the Earbuds Cannot Connect via Bluetooth

• Restart your Bluetooth device (for example, your phone). Forget all previous pairing records and turn Bluetooth off.

• Fully charge the earbuds and reset them by following these steps:

• Open the charging case, place the earbuds inside, then press and hold the Reset button on the back of the case for 10 seconds.

• After the reset, the case indicator will flash rapidly to enter pairing mode. After pairing succeeds, the indicator will switch to a slow breathing pattern.

Note:

• During the reset, make sure the earbuds are properly connected to the charging case. After placing the left and right earbuds into the case, the light inside the case should change from orange to white.

• Turn Bluetooth back on for your device, search for Anker soundcore Sleep Earbuds 4, and pair again.

• Try another device (such as a phone or tablet) to check whether the issue persists.

• If a pairing confirmation pop-up for Anker soundcore Sleep Earbuds 4 appears, select Pair. If you accidentally select Cancel, turn Bluetooth off and back on, then try pairing again.

• After resetting, the charging case must be paired and connected again with your phone and the soundcore app.
