Please try the following troubleshooting steps to see if there are helpful:
1. Place the earbuds into the charging case, make sure they are charging, and wait for at least 10 seconds. 2. Keep the charging case open and press the button on both earbuds for 8 seconds. The LED indicators will flash red 3 times and then turn steady white. 3. Take both earbuds out of the case and they will pair together automatically. The LED indicator will flash quickly on the right earbud and will flash slowly on the left earbud.
