Cannot power on the earbuds
The earbuds will automatically power on when the charging case is opened, or you can hold on the button of the earbuds for 3 seconds to power on. 1. Remove the protective film covering the connectors on the earbuds. 2. Make sure the charging case has enough power. 3. Place the earbuds in the charging case, then reopen the charging case.
Unable to hang up a call
Click either side of the earbuds 2 times to hang up the call while a single click on either one of the buds receives the call.
