Please try the following troubleshooting steps to see if there are helpful:
1. Download Soundcore App version V2.9.9 or later from the App Store / Google Play. (If you already have Soundcore app, it is recommended to delete and reinstall. Overwriting installation is not recommended.) 2. Pair your earbuds with your phone. Currently, the Soundcore app does not support computers. 3. Open the app, press "Add Device", and the app will automatically connect to the earbuds. The first time you enter the app, you must agree to "Turn Location Service On". 4. If the connection fails, press Set up Manually > Life Series > Life Note 3i on the page to check whether it can be added manually (If you can't find the corresponding model on this page, please send us a screenshot). 5. If it fails, uninstall and reinstall the app once again. 6. Try the earbuds on another phone to see if there is any difference. If the earbuds still cannot connect to the app, please provide us with your phone model, app version, screenshots of "Step 4", the earbuds' Bluetooth name, and the region/language of your phone (we recommend setting the language to English).
