1. Use the earbuds regularly
Use the earbuds regularly to avoid over-discharge. If earbuds are over-discharged, that can harm the battery life of the earbuds. We recommend using soundcore VR P10 at least once a month.
2. Charge the earbuds after using them
To improve the battery's lifespan, don't wait until there's less than 20% power remaining to charge them. Try a different wall charger and cable to charge the earbuds at least 2 hours (it's best to use a 5V charger).
3. Open the lid of the charging case at least once a month
Open the lid of the charging case at least once a month to ensure the earbuds are still working. Charge the charging case at least once a month.
4. Regularly clean the earbuds
Regularly clean charging pins on the earbuds and charging case with a dry cloth and an alcohol-based disinfectant. This is to ensure all charging contact pins on the earbuds and charging case are completely clean and dry of sweat and water.
5. Keep the ear tips clean
Regularly clean the metal mesh filter under the rubber ear tips with a bit of rubbing alcohol.
