This article will help you to reset soundcore VR P10. When you perform a reset on VR P10 earbuds, all of the settings will return to their defaults and most of the issues can be resolved. Let's begin!
1. Just received your soundcore VR P10 earbuds
When you first use the soundcore VR P10 earbuds, please remove the protective film covering the charging pins on the earbuds. Please see the picture below.
2. Make sure your charging case and earbuds have enough power.
Before resetting, make sure that the charging case and the earbuds are powered. When you open the case, you can confirm the battery via the LED indicators on the charging case or confirm that in the soundcore App. When the charging case is being charged, it will breathe purple light. The purple light will stay on when fully charged.
Purple color: Still has power.
Red color: Low battery.
3. Then place the earbuds into the charging case and keep the case open.
Make sure the charging case has enough power and the ear tips are not blocking the charging pins on the earbuds. Otherwise, it may cause resetting failure. Press and hold the button on the charging case for more than 10 seconds until the indicator light on the charging case turns red and flashes 3 times, which means that VR P10 has been successfully reset.
