Why does the battery life decrease over time?
Battery health naturally declines with prolonged use of electronic devices, leading to shorter battery life. To help slow down this process, avoid letting the battery drop below 20% or waiting until it completely depletes before charging the earbuds and case. Additionally, charge the earbuds and case at least once a month to prevent over-discharging the battery.
