To make the most out of your new earbuds, download the free soundcore app from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) and update AeroClip's firmware to the latest version for free. Proper wearing and regular maintenance are also key to achieving optimal sound quality.
Here are some helpful tips on using your AeroClip:
I. How to Wear AeroClip for the Best Experience
Proper wearing enhances comfort and audio performance, so it's important to wear the earbuds correctly.
Adjusting the Earbuds: As shown in the image below, slide the earbuds up and down to find the most comfortable position. Play audio and adjust as needed for the best listening experience.
For optimal sound and call quality:

Wear the left (L) and right (R) earbuds on the correct sides.

Ensure the speaker is in front, not the battery compartment.

Clip the earbuds onto the thinnest point of the outer edge of your ears, then play audio and reposition to achieve the best sound.
Choosing the Right Ear Grips: You may not need ear grips, but if the earbuds feel loose or don't fit snugly, we've included M and L ear grips in the accessory box to help secure the fit. Larger sizes offer more stability. Ensure the ear grips are installed correctly for the best experience.

Cleaning the Charging Contacts

After Daily Use: Gently wipe the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case with a cotton swab or dry cloth dampened with alcohol.

After Exercise: Wipe off any sweat from the charging contacts. Avoid placing the earbuds directly into the case with excessive sweat, or dirt accumulating on the contacts, as it may cause poor contact and result in both power-off and charging issues.
Notes:

Under normal circumstances, when you return the earbuds to the case, the LED indicator on the case will light up and then turn off. If it doesn't light up, or the earbuds fail to disconnect or charge, follow the cleaning steps above and try again.

Ensure that the ear grips are properly installed and securely in place.
Cleaning the Speaker Mesh
For optimal sound quality, clean the speaker mesh every three months or when you notice a significant drop in volume.
Follow these steps:

Brush the Mesh: Use a soft-bristled toothbrush or small brush to gently brush the mesh 3-5 times.

Clean with Alcohol: Moisten a cotton swab with household alcohol to clean any dust or debris on the mesh.

Remove Hidden Debris: If needed, use adhesive tape to press and lift off any dust or debris hidden inside the mesh holes. You can also use modeling clay to clean the speaker mesh of your earbuds. Modeling clay can effectively remove residual debris from the earbuds' components, helping to resolve the issue of low volume. (Ensure the clay remains pliable and non-drying during the cleaning process.) Repeat 2-3 times. Refer to the image below for guidance.
