The soundcore Sleep A10 is a device that is designed to help you sleep better by providing soothing sounds and white noise. 

If you are experiencing issues with the device accidentally switching modes, like, when using them in music mode, the earbuds unexpectedly switch to sleep mode and play white noise; or when using them in sleep mode, the earbuds prompt you to switch to music mode and pause the white noise, it could be due to due to the touch controls being accidentally triggered.

When the earbud's G-sensor vibrates, it may be recognized as a double-tap. Therefore, make sure you are not accidentally pressing the buttons on the device while you are sleeping. 

To avoid this, please do not drop the earbuds, throw the earbuds, make sudden vigorous movements, etc. In these scenarios, the left earbud may be double-tapped by mistake, which switches the mode. In this situation, double-tap the left earbud to switch back to the desired mode.
