In sleep mode, you need to adjust the volume of white noise via the soundcore app.
If the volume is low in either mode, try the following steps:
1. Check the volume level on the device you are playing audio from.
Make sure it is turned up to the maximum level.
2. Check if the earbuds are properly inserted into your ears.
If they are not inserted properly, the sound may be muffled or lower.
3. Drip alcohol into earphone speakers to dilute and clean them again.
Sometimes, earwax or dirt can accumulate on the earbuds, which can affect the sound quality. Please be assured that alcohol is volatile and will not affect the internal structure of the earbuds. This method has been verified by our technicians.
4. After cleaning, hard reset the earbuds more times.

Press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators on the case flash white 3 times and then flash in sequence.
