If there is little to no movement within half an hour, the earbuds detect that the user has fallen asleep and records it as sleep data. If they often move around while sleeping, it may cause the earbuds to misjudge that they are still awake, so no sleep data will be recorded.
To fix the issue of no sleep data being recorded, you can try the following steps:
1. Open the soundcore app, log in, and connect the earbuds to synchronize data before sleeping.
Log into your soundcore account and pair the earbuds with the app before using the earbuds. Otherwise, the earbuds will not record any sleep data. Do not put the earbuds back in the case or turn them off after syncing.
2. Make sure you have a good signal. Sleep data may take a while to display due to bad signals.
3. Keep the app and firmware up to date.
