A PIN or password is NOT needed when pairing a Soundcore speaker with a device. Hence, if you encounter an issue during the pairing process, please try these steps:

• Confirm that Soundcore 3 is fully charged and not connected to other devices
• Forget all Bluetooth pairing records on your device
• Reboot your Soundcore 3 and your device
• Disable and then enable Bluetooth on your device
• Reset Soundcore 3 by holding the Bluetooth and Vol+ for 5-10 seconds
• Connect Soundcore 3 to a different device
• Update the Bluetooth driver on your device to the latest version if you're using a computer or laptop
