You can try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Use the headphones to listen to locally downloaded music or videos on the phone and see if the issue still persists (do not watch livestreams).
- Delete the pairing history on your device (forget/ignore), reset your headphones, then pair your device with the headphone again. Reset the earbuds using the following steps:
- Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open.
- Tap and hold the button at the back of the case for 10 seconds until both earbuds' LED lights flash red 3 times.
- Try closing any other applications you are not using on your device and see if that helps.
- Please try your Soundcore headphone with another device (phone/tablet/etc.) and see if the same issue occurs.
