You can try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Delete (forget/ignore) the pairing records of the earbuds on your device (phone/tablet/etc.) and turn off the Bluetooth.

Note: Once they are paired successfully, the primary earbud connects to your device and transfers the signal to the secondary earbud. The secondary earbud will not connect to your device. Hence, the Bluetooth pairing list on your device may indicate that only one side is connected while the other side is not.
- Once done, please check if both earbuds are working well together.
- Please try with another device and see if the same issue occurs.
