2. On iPhone, disable Attention Aware features. Go to Settings > Face ID & Passcode, and turn off Attention Aware Features.
3. For some calling apps, if the app isn't open, you may not hear the ringtone for incoming calls. Ensure the app is open or permitted to receive call notifications in the background.
