What should I do if the volume is low when my P31i/R60i NC is connected to my computer/phone?

1. Make sure the charging case has enough power and reset the earbuds as follows:

- Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open.

- After putting on the earbuds, simultaneously press and hold the touch area on both earbuds for 10 seconds. Hearing a prompt tone confirms a successful reset.

2. Reconnect your earbuds and set the volume to maximum on both your connected device and earbuds.

3. Use a cotton swab dipped in a small amount of topical alcohol to gently clean the sound nozzle mesh/rear vent hole.

4. If the volume is low when connected to your device, please check the following settings。

- On Android devices: Enable Absolute Volume in Developer Options on your phone, or turn on Device Volume Sync to match the earbud volume with your phone.

- On iOS devices: Disable the maximum volume limit on your phone. Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Headphone Safety, and turn off Reduce Loud Sounds.

- In the soundcore app, disable the maximum volume limit by going to Safe Volume > Limit High Volume.
