What should I do if the volume fluctuates suddenly on my P31i/R60i NC?
1. Please adjust the fit to ensure a secure seal. Improper wearing may affect sound quality.
2. When wearing both earbuds, switching to listening from one earbud will switch the system to Normal mode. Check if fluctuations in volume are related to the change in mode.
3. Verify if Wind Noise Reduction and Adaptive ANC are enabled. Volume fluctuations may occur due to changes in the environment.
4. We recommend disabling Wind Noise Reduction in everyday environments.
