What should I do if the touch control of Liberty 3 Pro is not sensitive?
Please try the following troubleshooting steps as these have proven to help: 1) Make sure the ear wings are installed correctly and the surface of the IR-sensors (the black oval on the earbuds) are kept clean. The IR-sensors can sense if the earbuds are currently being worn. If the ear wings are installed incorrectly, the sensor will be covered and it will affect the accuracy of wearing detection. 2) Put the earbuds back in the charging case and close the lid for 20 seconds, and then try to use the earbuds again.
